What is the guarantee period We guarantee our inflatable's for 12 months, as I am sure you can appreciate we have the right to refuse repairs where the inflatable's have been used in and inappropriate manner. Examples of this are:- The use of a ground sheet is required Shower/rain cover rips due to high winds Damaged inflatable's in transit due to poor packing Tie down points damaged due to hammer / peg striking Zips due to opening and closing during operation under pressure, always close all zips before connecting the fan, and open them 1 minute after fan has been disconnected. Overnight hires as in our experience they never get looked after properly overnight. Wet inflatable's, even though we use non rotting material and thread over a period of time they will suffer from problems if they are constantly wet All repairs are return to base repairs.
